Looking after your boat while you are away

Is your boat based in Mahon and you are away for a longer period, then it can be good advice to have someone to check your boat regularly.

Checking shore power to avoid battery damages and checking moorings fore scarfing is important. But also wash the boat regularly is important to avoid salt, calc, dust and Sahara sand breaking down the gelcoat and windows. 

If your boat has teak deck sealer, then its important to reseal in time. Otherwise you might have to start the hole process with heavy cleaner, brightener and 2 layers of sealer again and every time it takes some teak off.
